- Laying of conduits and LT & HT cables (11kV and 3.3kV) and lighting tower, fire hydrant control system.
- 11kV main power supply and power supply.
- Installation of outdoor power panels, fire hydrant panels and Telephone distribution boards.
- Installation of sub-station equipment, power control panels and 11kV / 440V step-down transformers and panels.
- Panel connections and cable joints (LT & HT).
- Erecting lighting tower at height of 30 m, laying of cables and fixing lights (20 Nos. 1000 W lamps per tower), Road Lighting System and Building Electricals installatio.
- Installation of Main Water Supply system (Approx. 3 Kilometers).
- Installation of Drainage System (Approx. 2 Kilometers) and Treatment Plant.
- Pump House & Pump Station.
- Building Plumbing installation
- Main Fire Hydrant System for Container Yard & Fire Pump House, Building Fire Protection System.
- Supply & Installation of Sea Water Cooled Chiller A/C System.
- In Pilot Station & Crew Accommodation.
